What if you both moved left because of a breakdown or cop on the right and after giving the other guy plenty of time to move over he stays in the left lane? What if the right lane is rough and due for a resurface so everybody travels in the left lane?

Maybe you just got done passing somebody in the travel lane.

A tube is stronger only on the vertical direction. Press down across the side of the tube and a square is going to be stronger.
