I agree, and I like him a lot. But its also not crazy to me that people who put on late night as something to fall asleep to would rather watch lip synch battles. Personally, I would love it if there existed late-night alternatives for those who like Fallon's style and those who like Colbert's style. I'm not sure CBS

Yeah, I guess I get why people don't like Fallon but it seems like watching celebrities play weird games is appropriate for 12:15am TV on a weekday. I like Colbert a lot, but Im also not under the impression that late night TV hosts need to be striving for deep political interviews

yeah Ansari seems like big deal this past week but probably in another week or so everyone on the internet will have moved on to a different thing

ahh my time in 2nd place was very short lived. it was a nice week though

I don't think Ned's been in the show for a while

Yeah, and his character design now looks so simple compared to the character design of those introduced in the recent seasons of the show, such as the police captain. It was interesting how much he stuck out when standing next to the other cops

Haha I use "hippie nonsense" as much as I can in daily conservation (its not that often, but it comes up)

ha I honestly never realized Daredevil had powers. I just assumed his heightened senses was a result of being blind plus training

so I never read the comics, but I wonder what the origin of her powers will be, considering (to my memory) there isn't anyone in the MCU who just for no reason has super powers. Will she be inhuman?

Also loved him in his role on 30 rock as Jack's biological father:

I actually just rewatched The Son last night on some weird cable channel I don't remember the name of. Great episode!

If anyone in the Philadelphia area is interested, Todd VanDerWerf is giving a talk at the Kelly Writers House on Penn's campus tonight at 6pm

Probably over the summer in True Detective's slot I bet, with Ballers and whatever places the Brink

Yes, good point

This was a great episode. On a slightly unrelated note, it feels like since they've started using taglines as review article titles, they've become very click bait-y

I love in that video when Merchant tries to answer his own questions at the same time as Gervais. "In the morning!"

is there going to be a South Park review?

While I agree to by later seasons Scully should've accepted things easier, it always annoyed my that Mulder always spouted out some insane jump-in-logic theory in every episode and he was NEVER wrong. I would've been nice for every once in a while there was a real world explanation for things and Mulder just looked

go birds! —- re: not making completions..welcome to our world

I never considered myself a huge star wars fan (at least compared to HUGE star wars fans), but I am getting so so excited for this
