I know a lot of viewers love the conference room scenes, but I find them incredibly unrealistic and cartoonish to say the least. And this episode's opening with Lucy was not only completely absurd, it was downright cruel. I'm not understanding why the writers insist on using her as nothing more than a punching bag.

In Marcia Clark's own book she talks about many of the things that took place in this episode, including Ito and her boss commenting on her looks, the tampon comment at the store, Ito recessing court "in a single moment of compassion" after the nude pics were released, etc. Incredible how bad it was.

I sure hope she's not done. I'm wondering if her comment to Eli about Peter having a target on his back and to "watch out for your friends" was a veiled threat of some kind. Especially when Ruth told Eli that she had wished he had been better towards her too. Regardless, Margo was great in every scene she was in.
