I was referring to the "gourmet" burger places that i go to locally around here in Orange County, CA; representing a typical gourmet style burger place in the US.

Well its not exactly the most classy joint. The environment is only a couple steps above a mcdonalds, but you do get served for 10 bucks and there is usually tipping involved and burgers get served on a plate.

From my experience w/ past Forza games, the graphics tend to look more realistic during replay mode. During play back, it applies more post processing along with better lighting/shadows while running at 30fps instead of 60fps.
