Well, used to rally in one of these, the handling was fantastic as was the acceleration. A sleeper this most certainly is. Not an econobox by any means.

Remember how the whole removal of Saddam thing went? Imagine far worse in North Korea. My understanding of reading articles about life in the Hermit Kingdom is there’s a lot of black market activity and if the current dictatorship is removed too quickly we could see a country run by mafia warlords soon after. To say

Is that a ‘K’ left?

Dave’s co-driver at the time (^_^)

I’ll give you all a personal secret from my days of rallying. Eat all the food you can stuff down your gullet!

Was not surprised to see this, used to have a 79 Mustang, now a friend gave me his 93 Mustang with old tires, if it’s wet or icy the tires spin... Can’t wait to get newer tires on it and sell the thing. The 79 through late 90’s Mustangs have a bad suspension design and a light rear end. Ford should have had a recall

Something similar to the corvette video but a bit cooler. I was driving from WA to Long Beach for the GP in ‘82 and was at a stop light in Anaheim in the reddish-orange glow of the setting sun, palm trees stucco houses, etc.

Not enough lens flare. . .

I’m wondering if it might be more spread out than appears on the photo, perhaps they look so close due to the telephoto lense used? Still needs to be more spread out of course, just thinking this might be a telephoto lense effect.

This is a great pressure cooker, have had mine for three years now, most important appliance in my kitchen! So much time saved cooking meals!

Quadruple upvotes if I could. . .

Also put helium in all the tires ‘cause that will make the car lighter and therefore give it more horsepowers!

Well, I would say the perfect gift for any Pentagon planner who’s bungled more things than not during the Cold War forward to now would be a . . .

In addition to that VW’s had a reputation in WRC for heavy cars, clearly they seem to have fixed that and a few other things here.

I call it ‘Diamond in the rough’. I’m waiting until 2016 before I say ‘nay’ on this one, it would be really cool if they were able to turn things around. Because they weren’t able to get the hybrid half of it working in 2015 I consider it only ‘half-developed’. Keeping my fingers crossed, as I’m sure many others are.

Great video, terrible narrator: LifeProTip: When discussing something for an audience, speaking in a voice barely above a whisper is not helpful...

I actually enjoyed this as much as seeing real race cars on the ‘Ring. The reason why? Real people in real cars, all the bumps, bruises and warts intact.

1990’s Isuzu Trooper V6’s ran the coolant pipe in between the intake manifold and the top of the head. Resulted in cracked joints, massive coolant leaks. Very seldom I don’t see complaints about this. Best option is to retrofit with the 4 cylinder.

No one beats the Rohrl test. . .

We have lasers on one ship and only one ship with the intent to deploy by 2020 for a system that would not be effective in rain, fog or. . . smoke from surrounding attacked warships without this laser system. . . .
