I guess my initial thought is 'only k?' Whoever gets this is the happiest guy in his pants...

The original 348's had a terrible suspension design that resulted in snap oversteer. The later model cars close to the end of production had it re-designed. There's a reason the cars have such low resale. They either have already been stuffed into the trees and rebuilt or are about to be. Those who own them know that

I've seen quite a few negative things said about the 12C, google for complaints about the car, the list is long. For me personally, I love the car and would like to be able to get one someday but the amount of complaints. . . *shudder*

They should just change the name from 'Thunderbolt' to 'Bad Ass Motherfucker' so brass can get the point. . .

Here's hoping an A-10 pilot becomes Secretary of the Air Force someday and presides over the retirement of the last F-35 while Warthogs are still flying.

Here's some info I found. I've always heard he's a perfect gentleman out in public, not surprising. Just seems like an all around nice guy.

All Dressed Up And Nowhere To Go. In short, congress needs to help, not constantly hinder the space program. Otherwise Orion may never really leave earth orbit, much less go to the moon, mars or. . . An asteroid. Sorry to be a pessimist, just basing this on forty years of personally watching our government constantly

And who can forget Alain DeCadenet's reaction to a low level Spitfire flyover?

There's an intelligent decision. Or the V-4 with huge Weber carbs on it. Was a great rally car! A friend used to prep them for rally racing. Good times!

Sounds like a complete waste... Shame.

The Acropolis rally wasn't as difficult as this. Given the opportunity (paid) to drive in this rally I would be noping the hell outta there. . .

I could only see two aircraft in the pics. One with a three digit, the other with a four digit number. The three digit aircraft is the one 'appearing' to taxi past Eric Cartman. I'm guessing two are all they have to train with...

That's what I thought when I saw that, it was on parked on the runway to make it appear it was about to take off. I declare shenanigans!

Yeah, I think you're right on here. That Mig-15 on the runway next to 'Dear Leader' could have been a static shot for all we know. Finding or manufacturing parts for those things is an exercise in frustration. As far as the more modern fighters, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Chinese pilots are flying those

What a great article! This is one of my all time favorite aircraft. Just like a lot of military brats in the Navy my friends and I loved going to the yearly airshow at Oceana Naval Air Station and 1974-75 was the most memorable. That's the year the F-14 first started going operational and was one of the feature

The WSO has done this so many times that he's probably just looking for wildlife or hikers down below, just enjoying the ride. I have no doubt he has complete confidence in the driver.

Yeah, had a similar experience near Mt. Pilchuck in the Cascades. I watched from the peak as an F-16 raced west down a valley below me, pulled up hard on the nose, rotated onto it's back, turned into an intersecting valley and headed north. The whole thing took like 5 seconds at the most.

Not an engineer but used to work in these types of systems and came to same conclusion. Not an efficient way to go through this process, especially if you're in a wartime environment where speed matters.

I'm hoping I piqued their curiosity. My understanding is it was used in the Navy as a training film on why captains should not overwork their crews. Really did a good job of showing what life was like in those days aboard those ships. I once went on board an older destroyer, the ship was so narrow I could walk in the

Really enjoyed watching these videos, a friend was a green shirt on board the Abraham Lincoln years back. My father was on board the America back in the sixties shortly after it was commissioned when it was involved in the Liberty incident. I've been aboard the Constellation and the Enterprise just walking around,
