Is anyone else bothered by this trend of people writing a statement in their Notes app and posting a screenshot to Twitter? Seems amateur hour to me.

According to Wikipedia, Randy Marsh is 45. Therefore, Lorde is 45. End of investigation.

Best cameo, IMHO, was Lance Armstrong in Dodgeball. It was shocking, hilarious, and he was - at the time - one of the more famous people on the planet.

After an intense grooming session, my dog now wants to Make America Great Again. Do I have to give him away? Note: outside of this discrepancy, he is a good dog.

What’s with this new trend of people screenshotting a Notes app and tweeting it? I’ve seen it a lot lately. Is just tweeting the words just too easy?

I’d agree with this if every other WR in the league didn’t wear gloves and Beckham did. Unless I’m unaware of something regarding his specific pair of receiving gloves, his gloves don’t give him an advantage over anyone else, and I haven’t seen anyone else make catches like him.

Because their schedule has been extremely soft. Their only quality win was the Wisconsin game you mentioned, and that was at home, the Wisc. freshman QB’s second career start... and still only by one score.

I got a wedding gift from my wife. It’s a watch that is INCREDIBLY similar to one I already own. Can I exchange it without her divorcing me?

I think LeBron proved that it’s.... whatever position LeBron plays. Starting pitchers can only start three times max, even a great QB is nothing without a decent o-line. I guess a goalie can take over a series, but his guys still have to score goals.

While I do agree with the overall premise of this article, “... and in the next he was snatching it away despite the fact that nothing had really changed.”

Well, the Nationals weren’t winning anymore. That’s kind of a big change.

Totally agree with your second point. Someone asked me why everyone’s making a big deal about him now, when last year he was just as off-the-rails (if not more so). Didn’t have a good answer.

Just because it worked doesn’t mean it was a smart decision.

Oooh yea, I forgot about that. I once had to explain to an out-of-towner how the Broad Street Line fare transaction works, and they were dumbfounded.

I’m shocked that no one has said Philly. SEPTA (Philly’s regional rail) bought new train cars this year that turned out to be defective, so 1/3 of the entire fleet has been out of service and had to run on a modified (read: much worse) schedule since July - http://www.phillyvoice.com/septa-its-unlikely-trains-can-be-re

This is one of the most thorough, well thought-out, well-written comments I've ever read on the internet. Bravo, sir.

The national anthem "scandal" is odd because prior to the game, I saw U/Os from two sources - one was 2:02, one was 2:05. Her time was 2:04. So it's not as if someone timed her rehearsal and it went WAY under or WAY over.

Pink Bane: Oh, so you think the passing game is your ally? But you merely adopted the forward pass. I was born in it, molded by it.
Eli: /throws interception/

Guys, are we not going to discuss the guy wearing a fucking helmet? Covered in stickers? AND A VISOR?

Not to be a dick, but I was confused by a lefty's slider moving away from a right-handed hitter and had to double-check. Per FanGraphs:
