You’re probably right but I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Entertainers have been pushing the envelope too far and getting off easy for decades, maybe centuries. As for his punishment, don’t forget he got barred from E3. That’s both humiliating and a serious bummer if you’re a lifelong gamer like I imagine he is.

I believe both Sony and Microsoft (definitely Sony) have confirmed their new consoles will ship with SSDs. 

I always enjoy buying used memory cards for any system and seeing what was left on them by the previous owner. Since consoles pre-PS3/360 didn’t store payment information, people aren’t worried about reformatting their memory cards.

I agree, it’s hard to get mad about this kind of layoff. The timing was a little harsh but still.
