Xbox Xtreme 360 X

It’ll be interesting to see how the Xbox Two XX reflects Microsoft’s interest in converging console and PC. Will they ditch the idea of console being separate from PC entirely and sell a better marketed version of the Steam Machine? Do they have any reason to separate the two going forward?

Nonsense, Sony can make all the Sony-exclusive games they want. Whoever puts up the money calls the shots. There’s no version of events where Sony or Microsoft publishes a game multi-platform (PC notwithstanding) to be consumer-friendly. Are we going to admonish Nintendo for not releasing Metroid Prime 4 on PS4? Of

OK, Microsoft now owns half the studios anyone has ever heard of. The question is, will they get any exclusives going this generation or are they just loading their arsenal for Xbox Two XX?

This is tuned for gaming. It would probably be great if calibrated properly but you can likely do a lot better for a lot cheaper if you target the use case of photo editing. I have no specific recommendations but I’ll bet the internet does.

My thoughts exactly. This one always tempted me in the early days of PS4, but inevitably I’d find something good to play before jumping into this.

I wish I liked more games enough to buy the Collector’s Edition. If they ever make a Witcher 4 I’ll buy the inevitable Japanese version that comes with two swords for like $8,000. Besides that I’m generally too cheap to even spring for the gold edition.

We’ve all taken a vote and decided your reminders aren’t obligatory anymore. We get it, and it’s bordering on off-topic.

Agreeing with you a full 14 months later.

Looking forward to getting back into this game when I’m through with RDR2. It seems like waiting for some of the incoming updates will ultimately be a plus when I get back to it.

Somehow the bad localization makes me want to play it even more. I’ll get it for $2.99 in a couple years.

Biggest surprise to me was Donkey Kong 64 being on the list. I never played it, but recall seeing/hearing a lot of negative press about it. Was it any good or did it just sell a ton of copies on the DK name?

Quick someone talk me out of buying Leisure Suit Larry.

You are correct. It sounds like he wants to complain about DLC, which this is not. Yes, it’s designed to keep people coming back. Those monsters! I like my games to shut me out entirely after release week.

He must have noticed since it’s in the article you’re commenting on

That’s what I’m waiting for as well. My daughter watches clips on YouTube and so I’d like to actually have her play it.

I’d love to go back to it but the constant releases of awesome games this fall makes it basically impossible to squeeze in. Hopefully I’ll get to it next summer during the lull in releases.

It does seem like the ultime Shame Your Family Day. Prime example: the guy above, dancing around in a pile of litter and taunting the police.

Weird timing, I was JUST thinking about what a cool game this was and wondering if it did well enough to get a sequel. Know anything?

This one is amazing. The D. Va figure is shameful. I get the size constraints, but why even bother? Shameful.
