Actually I understand what you are saying, but the whole point of the protest is to upset the status quo. It’s like he’s saying “Are you offended? Yup, and it’s definitely biased to commuting schedules. On the to-work/to-home times of the day, everyone is going 80. But go over ~72, 73mph on the weekends? Enjoy the ticket...and the roads are less congested on the weekends. Makes no sense.
