Doesn’t have the numbers. Averaged 80 receptions, 1300 yards, and 9 TD’s a year. And get the fuck out of here with the rings argument. I guess T.O. and Moss aren’t HOF’ers because they didn’t win titles either.

Because teams need point guards. Duh.
I’ll take Butler 10 times out of 10 over Hayward. Joe Johnson was the go-to guy in the playoffs and I’m supposed to believe Hayward would make Boston that much better?
Is it going to be that much different than last year, though? The top 4 teams in the East (CLE, BOS, TOR, WAS) should be mainly intact depending on Kyle Lowry. Milwaukee and Charlotte should be better and we’ll see how Philadelphia improves. In the West, the Clippers should fall off a bit as will Utah if they lose…
Is this sarcasm? I hope it is sarcasm.
Parity isn’t always good. You need to realize this sooner or later.
1. None of these teams are superteams.
The Warriors should prove that you don’t have to tank and try to get that star to have a decent team. Curry, Green, and Thompson weren’t high lottery picks. Find a system that works and smartly draft guys who fit that system. Other than Tim Duncan, the Spurs made it work with low draft picks and a coach who knew how…
I just hate the idea that the Warriors and Cavaliers are superteams. The Warriors are proof that you don’t always need to tank to become good. Klay and Curry were mid-lottery picks and Draymond was a early second round pick.
I feel like with Golden State, you can count on Curry and Durant. With Cleveland, you can count on Lebron and so-so on Kyrie. Kyrie and Curry are going to cancel each out each other because both can score and can’t defend anyone. Lebron is going to be on Durant. I think there are going to be two keys to this series.
The Thunder went 18-12 against the East this year. If they were in the East with that percentage, they would have won 31 games in the conference. So how would they win 60-65?
Waaah, waaah, waaah. The Warriors built their team through the draft. It just turned out that they got two of the best shooters out there and a great defensive player. Durant joined because he felt it was his best chance to win and I don’t blame him. Irving and Love were on nothing teams for years now all of a sudden,…
“Mike Florio doesn’t like the idea. He thinks a 10-minute overtime period will result in a different kind of competitive disadvantage, for teams that kick off to start overtime and then won’t be able to complete their offensive possession without having to go no-huddle or running out of time.”
One would think that most big free agents would want to go to the East to have a easier chance to go to the Finals. MIami should always be a contender given that it is Miami. On a somewhat related note, Cuban’s inability to get free agents has been one of the most baffling things ever. He’s not an overbearing owner.…
You’re true to your name. I’ll give you that.
I don’t see how much of this season can be blamed on Howard. He still averaged 12 rebounds a game this year. Schroeder had his own problems as well as was way more of a headache than Howard this season. All in all, Howard’s still a first ballot Hall of Famer and is still good on the defensive end. Hopefully they can…
Lame.
I don’t know what moves the Thunder can make this offseason. They need to find some sucker that is willing to trade for Kanter since he is probably the worst defender outside of Isaiah Thomas in the NBA. In hindsight, the Thunder probably should have gotten Fournier instead of Oladipo. Damn, that 2013 draft was bad.
Lebron hasn’t had the one thing most players need when they get older which is a reliable jump shot. Jordan developed it and Wade is figuring that out now. Even Blake Griffin takes more mid-range shots now which will lengthen his career. I don’t think Lebron wants to bang in the post for a lot of years.
We already have a big dick in the White House. I don’t think we need Big Dick Johnson to run anytime soon.
