I want to see an operating room scene with the entire cast together, now. Landecker and Melamed having a back-and-forth debate over which tools to use (with appropriate double entendres), and Kind freaking the hell out and sweating all over the place
Yeah, there was that, and one other film that I'm completely blanking on. It'll come to me sometime, I guess. Wright's voice definitely worked in terms of the character's gruff/authoritative nature (even if I had some problems with the exposition-heavy writing in general)
I absolutely loved him turning the tables on you near the end, partly because it was to bring up the forgotten-but-fascinating Orange County, of films

Hey, McDowell's shouldn't have worked either, but John Amos makes the restaurant thrive through sheer charisma and no sesame seeds
