FRANK STALLONE

DICK!

It's the 2010s so you can without a doubt recommend the entrée solely based on Tilda Swinton as Gabriel, but Peter Stormare is like that stupidly delicious dessert that you forget was coming, but then you eat it and you're like fuck it. Just fuck it, that was awesome and I'm full now

Quantum of Solace has a whole buncha flaws, but one of them isn't his skeezy CIA stooge who's attached to Felix Leiter like a cyst that just wants to get laid

Onto some bullets

There was totally an episode that freaked me the hell out as a kid. It ends with Bill going into a trash compactor (?). Then we see a pile of smushed trash coming out, with Bill's lab coat on top, and the narrator going, Bill?… Bill?…

A Talking Tribble?!?

Between this and the Richard Schiff interview, I'm really enjoying all these anecdotes that put you right on set with Spielberg and Kaminski. Shit.

Or Peter Stormare; that ridiculously lengthy compy scene is all about karmic justice

And, well, it ruins that bizarre as fuck match cut between the mother on the beach and Goldblum yawning

They pulled that with Billy Bob in reverse, with The Man Who Wasn't There and Intolerable Cruelty

The Lost World story was so sweet and refreshing to hear, especially considering the exact opposite happened on the first film. Goldblum is on record giving an anecdote about how a certain actor proposed to Spielberg that maybe Malcolm could die and the lawyer would find redemption rather than get eaten off the toilet

What about the Richard Donner entry "16 Blocks"?

Ayyyyy The River Wild at least gives you a solid Meryl Streep actioner

Yes, it's true

Gotcha. For me, the midsection of Season 1 brings me down a bit; Season 5 is the only one where I've watched the whole season and said, as the credits roll, "I could watch that entire thing again, right now."

I hope that's not a hostage

So pumped for Season 5 of 24 getting a write-up when it does

Hellboy carried it into 21st century cinema

This and the Warcraft poster (TWO WORLDS, ONE HOME) are really doing a good job of planting that soundtrack right back into my head
