Wow, just realized I was in Panama either the month of or the month before the opening of the Centennial Bridge. 

Just looked it up. The Pan-American crosses the canal at Centennial Bridge. 

Yeah, I kept wondering if he was going to mention the Darien Gap but I think he has it mixed up with the canal. The Bridge of the Americas spans the canal and probably more crossings I don’t know about.

My 1992 Honda Accord had the same thing. I superglued a penny over the hole and that fixed it. 

if the registration sticker expired in January 2016 then the registration was renewed around January 2015. at that point in time in texas you were not required to have an inspection check in order to renew your registration. that would mean all he would have to do to keep it registered would be to pay the annual fee. 

in high school i would go to whataburger late at night and order the biscuits and sausage gravy with a whataburger jr combo meal. i would then dip said whataburger jr into the sausage gravy. fries too.
