I met Shirley Knight when I was working as a furniture deliveryman during undergrad. Her daughter (delivered to her house, hilltop with a stunning view) was the head of the musical theater department at my university. Nice as could be. I think it's more that Carlsberg has always used green bottles and most of the Carlsberg drinking world is close enough to Copenhagen or a regional Carlsberg brewing partner.

Carlsberg has regional brewing partners but everything in North America comes from Denmark.
