Strangely enough, Genshin Impact is a MUCH better comparison than any games the OP compared it to. Destiny, FFXIV and Halo multiplayer are people sharing a common world where Genshin and Elden Ring are people joining someone else's single player world. All that to say great comparison.

I’m just sick of opening up YouTube and seeing an advertisement for "the greatest love story ever told" being that Pam and Tommy show.

So these reddit people, do they think that when Millie turns 18 so do the the photos that they're already ogling? Do these idiots think we're living in the Harry Potter universe?

As a rule, people who insist that they must capitalize certain words are probably not making a well thought out argument because they believe that capitalization makes their argument louder and therefore stronger.

You’re way too invested in defending these people you’re clearly a fan of to be making comments on this article.

You have a lot to say but it seems like you’ve missed the point entirely. These aren’t people exploring or learning or even roleplaying in an Asian/African story. They’ve said that the setting is Asian/African but the players making the decisions and the DM don’t have a clear enough view of the cultures that the story

And that’s kinda the point of this article. The players don’t know how to interact with this setting because they don’t know anything about it so what’s the point of using that setting? They can hire as many consultants as they want but in the end the predominantly white cast is telling the story that they don’t know

I'd like to point out something I've never seen brought up in twitch articles. There is an option for twitch streamers to charge a one time low cost membership fee instead of monthly subs. I will never understand how spending a minimum of $5 per month for access to some chat images is worth the cost but I guess people

We were in the same boat. I was pulling for Yun Jin and about 40 pulls in I see gold and I'm like "not shenhe, not shenhe". Hit c1 Mona and got a guaranteed zhongli this banner.

They’ve done so much shit I forgot about the Hong Kong thing. Thanks for the reminder.

I forgot that was a thing but I remember it now. That was a Maxim thing yeah? That was a pretty weird time.

I think I remember an article on here that she paid someone to create a vtuber avatar for her. Maybe that's a poster of her avatar?

How long do you think it would take for Gordon Ramsay to be absolutely irritated by the presence xqc? I give him 5 minutes.

I really think you’re overestimating twitch. Tik tok is an extremely popular known entity. Hot ones is(I guess) a popular video series with celebrities. Twitch is it's own little world with stars that, for the most part, aren't famous outside of twitch. The most famous twitch personalities are gamers and Ramsay

So we’ve seen multiple times where certain Republicans have used their platforms to get their followers to believe that democrats are traitors or terrorists. Then when shit starts turning around on them they start calling out how the two sides shouldn’t be divided and need to work together.

As someone who just finished rewatching Dawson’s Creek a couple weeks ago, Dawson’s a bit of a self centered asshole stuck in his own universe but most of it stems from him being a kid. He’s still an asshole when they go off to college but he does grow a little.

Nobody cares about your stupid boner.

Let’s not underestimate his experience being an insufferable egotist in Gossip Girl.

Taking the middle of the sentence and acting like it’s wrong is really not helping you. The sentence you’re quoting says:

Basically the idea is Roadhog is a greedy character that tends to not work with the team so the people that instantly choose him tend to be people who won't play with the team.
