Man, Ethan Hawke.

Yeah I didn't realize how invested everyone was. Burton clearly still regrets it didn't happen.

another thing is, I watched Death of Superman Lives and though it could have been a total disaster something about that approach seems more and more compelling as this DC movie stuff rolls out. Something just seems off about everything I'm seeing/hearing. I'm afraid the problem is there's no overarching "vision".

he reminds me of the Abomination in Incredible Hulk

Well, the movies are different. Like Iron Man is different from Captain America, and so on

Man this sounds unappealing. Then again I really didn't care for the first two seasons. Kinda watched the second figuratively holding my nose.

uh, that's an Aerosmith song

need all five guys or it's bullshit

Oh I didn't see your name otherwise I would've known better

Avatar WAS all done with computers

don't know if this helps, but adjusted for ticket price inflation it's number 14

I think it just means the Resistance is an arm of the Republic, it's what they call where they put their FO-fighting resources

Y'know, I've been pretty adamant that they didn't explain the situation well enough. I looked up the opening crawl and it's good enough. Maybe?

haha exactly! I think there was something about the leadership moving from planet to planet and that's where it currently was(??)

Right but the OP is saying the sanitation/soldier thing is flawed and I'm saying not really

I don't think you want to go down this road

He worked in sanitation when he worked on the Starkiller base. Then he went into the infantry. How's that suit ya???

I think the idea is they could've done a better job with just as little, or maybe a SMIDGE more

But it's not just details because it's supposed to be of great import when the current New Republic capital is blown up and it really didn't have that great of an impact, considering.

But like I say, they were scanning for the ship
