Look, we might have to wait for the movie to come out to know of real if they adjust the design of the turtle but if you compare the turtle in the new trailer to one from 2014, you can clearly see they look less steroid-turtle and more humanoid-muscle turtle.

Have you seen the new turtles? They more turtle, more green and more cartoony now. So i think TMNT2 will at least get the aesthetic of the character right if other part of its fail.
