I work from home full time as well, and cooking a real meal during my lunch break is an excellent way to relax and refocus for an hour. And yes, sitting on the back deck in the sun on a work day, reading my Kindle (perhaps with a lunch beer) while grilling lunch is pretty much the best thing.
