That's why I bought some dumbbells and a kettlebell, and I can do crossfit-esque workouts in the comfort of my own home. Plenty of instruction available on the interwebs.

I still use Winamp ... and I like it. Google Music is my primary music player/organizer, but when I want to sync and make playlists w/ my good 'ol Sandisk Sansa mp3 player (which I use for workouts/running and in the car), Winamp works great.

Yes it does ... in many parts of Asia tofu is just another ingredient, not seen as a vegetarian option, but to be incorporated into a wide range of dishes.

You've clearly never had good mapo tofu. Tofu, like any ingredient, can be amazing or disgusting, depending on the quality and the preparation.
