For music, I mostly agree; I usually plug in my phone or an old mp3 player to listen to music in the car ... however I do use the radio often for NPR and sports. I know you can stream it all w/ your phone, but I often drive up to the mountains and have spotty data connections, but still usually get AM/FM reception.

Those delays have more to do with the carrier ... in this case both are on Verizon ... I'd put more blame w/ Big Red.

Oh, not knocking Face Off, the show, I'm sure it's great. Only disappointing due to the fact that I thought I was going to watch 15 minutes of some ridiculous scene from Face/Off, the ridiculous movie.

Every time I'm flipping through the channels and see Face Off listed on the guide I get excited for some over the top Cage/Travolta/Woo hijinks ... and then I'm thoroughly disappointed when I realize it's that reality show about makeup artists.

I have the LotR (extended) trilogy on DVD ... I'll probably wait until all 3 Hobbits are out and then get all six movies in Blu-Ray or 4K or whatever fancy HD technology is the standard at that time.
