I've never used bluetooth, just the headphone jack to the aux in on my car stereo. Haven't noticed it turning back on (I use Google Music and Pandora mostly).

Fair enough. I'd agree it's annoying, but for me not a dealbreaker on an otherwise nice phone (I have the EVO 4G LTE, and despite Beats and the stupid ALL CAPS name that I hate typing out, it's a pretty great phone).
