How do you know what punishment it warrents? This kid could have been harassing this girl or other girls before. He may have recieved warnings. You don’t have all the facts.
I did not equate that with rape. Feminists invented the term rapey to describe creepy behavior. And if you did a lil bit of research you’d know this story is edited to make the poor white girl sound like a little bitch and the black kid sound like an angel.
