The full length version of the Bar-Kay's "Holy Ghost" is a personal favorite. That is some dope funk right there

Uhmm, not exactly right
Booker T. & The M.G.'s MELTING POT is one of the great treasures buried in Stax's voluminous catalog. That album has got some of the best grooves of the entire output of Stax. It's by far the M.G'.s best album

That sound you hear
is the deafening thud of apathy.

A Few samples here and there, mainly from friends who played a song or 2. I have never listened to a full album from the Cure, post Disintegration.

Saw the Cure on this tour in '89, in Atalanta. One of the best concerts I've ever seen. After this show, I knew the Cure could not possibly top Disintegration, was at the peak of their career and quit listening to anything new they did since. 21 years later and many lesser albums have proved me right.

I going to agree with Corman himself, Bucket of Blood is a shitload better than Little Shop of Horrors. Dick Miller is fucking awesome in BoB. I used to find dvds of it at Big Lots for $3 and would buy and give away copies to friends.

Spooky
I just got the DVD for " Frazetta: Painting with Fire" from Netflix on Saturday and it was cracked bad, unplayable. Not sure if this means anything or not.

I have seen Citizen Ruth, and you are correct. It's neither an important film nor a significant one. The film has it's moments, but I don't have any need to see it again.

Also, over 95% of the music has been replaced.

Buyer Beware
"Is It College Yet?" is the edited version, not the full length version originally aired
