I spent a year of my life working for Disney so I can promise you this, simultaneously people die on Disney property and no one dies on Disney property.

That’s a good starting question, but it’s only the start. That one figure wouldn’t mean anything on it own. How many hotels and motels are there? How many people have stayed in hotels and motels and experienced harm? How many have stayed in hotels and motels and not experienced harm? Percentages, son.

....the tree had been dead for two years, so a basic yearly landscape inspection would have prompted a pretty simple “let’s remove the swing attached to the tree that will instantly collapse and kill anyone who swings on it.”

SHOCKINGLY, amenities at hotels are inspected for safety- pools, gyms, saunas, ect. Most likely, had this been a hotel, safety standards would’ve meant that the swing wouldn’t have existed in the first place.
