“The trickle-down effect appears to be that some white people (notice I didn’t say, “all white people,”) have oiled their racist tongues to speak truths they’ve long held silent.”

The worst part of the financial aid part is that the kids who really need it don’t have the resources to navigate the maze like the rich kids do. The rich kids have guidance counselors who do nothing but make sure that they are completely prepared to apply for college and then help them through the process. Poor kids…
And half of the people giving up custody aren’t even rich—they may be well off on paper but their entire income is stretched to the breaking point with their own student debt, elder care, tuition for other kids, saving for retirement, etc.
Sorry, rant ahead.
as a new yorker, i can absolutely confirm to you that shitty behavior in public late at night is not even remotely limited to 13-25 year olds/under-30s. lmao

Disingenuous presentation is a hallmark of conservatives.
There’s no way this dude got banned from Tinder for posting a picture of himself in a uniform. You’ll see Tinder profiles all the time of people in uniforms if you’re in a military-heavy area and there’s nothing against the ToS of posting a picture of yourself in a uniform. Almost certainly he’s been banned for…
Joe Biden, for one.
Hoight™ people. Always and only Hoight™ people.
he switched to a Southern accent and noted that the senator “never called me ‘boy,’” a racial epithet demeaning to black men.
You nailed it man. Those two articles by this website explain Republicans’ current tendency to win more elections, overall and with many important caveats, than Democrats. The entirety of this comment should earn you a Ph.D in political science and an opinion column in the New York Times.
I’ll take that bait:
“Sacrifice” implies that something of value was lost
Although the idea of sacrificing them is something worth discussing.
“Being the sacrificial Republican every day”
They don’t. It’s just, to use one of their favorite terms, virtue signalling. They like the idea of debate, but none of them would ever actually debate someone of a similar platform. Crowder always talked about how no one will debate him, but Sam Seder, ContraPoints, and Hbomberguy have all offered. He doesn’t want to…
They don’t actually want to debate. It’s all an attention-grabbing ruse that also helps rouse their braindead followers. I like this summary of it:
It’s a rhetorical trick that isn’t nearly as smart as they think it is. Redefining “screaming at and mocking you” as “debate,” just like redefining “insisting that my predetermined conclusion is true and treating all evidence to the contrary in a bad faith manner” as “destroying someone with LOGIC.”
More then likely that the GoFundMe will be shut down, moved to some other platform by a grifter and most, if not all of the money stolen by said grifter. Then we can laugh long and hard.
