It’s not a compliment, it’s a power move. Just like cat calling and other kinds of harassment.

He wasn’t expecting any response from her because he knows the dummy number goes inactive as soon as he closes out the delivery. He did it because he could and it gave him a momentary feeling of power.  

I worry for her now that he’s been fired. As she said, he knows where she lives. Everything about this is so bad.

Also: now she’s (rightfully) gotten this guy who clearly has unlimited employment options, excellent judgment, and a deep respect for women fired... and he knows where she lives. That’s the part that freaks me out.
