Sorry - who are you to say that she knew what she was getting into? Abusive relationships simply do not work that way. Abusers play mind tricks and that is how people get roped into them, by the time you realise what is happening, you are in over your head and it feels too late to do anything.

My bet is he told her

Mike Pence reminds me of a robot. That haircut.. it’s like a helmut.

So identifying that somebody may be in an abusive relationship is ‘infantilizing’ the subject is it? So, if you have a friend who is in an abusive relationship, or forbid, you end up in one, you recommend that everybody just do what? Pretend they can’t tell? Wow. Empathy is free my dear.

It might be in ur best interest to a) learn about the prison system - google work by mauer &/or angela davis to understand the ramifications of prison b) develop some empathy - very easy to have empathy for a victim, challenge yourself to extend that to perpetrators too (you can have empathy for both parties) c)

Prison is not a substitute for mental health problems. She is accused of felonies - this means that if convicted her welfare will be cut off for the rest of her life. Finding a job as a disabled felon when her only experience is waitressing - prison will be a death sentence. Do you really think she deserves to die for
