so i am a manager type (like literally only have the position because at one point i was the only person that worked in my department) and i always get stickers for my employees when they do above and beyond.

my laptop lid is covered in stickers like a 90s era skateboard and it is awesome. it is on it’s last leg and has about three 1/4" to 1/2" spots left and MrPooslie says that when i fill them it will die just to spite me. jokes on him—that just means i get to start afresh with a new one!
