This track/video is still classic. The whole thing is so much better than it should be, and Dirt Nasty’s entrance into his verse is amazing.

David Prior directed “The Empty Man”, which more people should check out. It’s WAY better than the title suggests, due to dreck like “Slender Man” and “The Bye Bye Man”.

Well... it was pretty, if just too dark most of the time. It’s obviously all allegorical, but if you aren’t familiar with the poem (and possibly even if you are) there are no clues to the meaning in the movie itself. I thought the Old Guard was just okay not bad. It was kind of boring  but was saved by the supernatural element and by Charlize’s performance. If this is like that but without those elements I can see that it would be a slog

I think A History of Violence is one of the best series the AV club has ever run.

The clown, the tree, the swimming pool, the closet, the whispy ghost arm miasma - I heard that the movie doesn’t hold up as an adult, but a lot of trauma for young me.

I don’t think Poltergeist was a movie that any kid should have realistically been watching.

I recently rewatched Poltergeist and am still surprised it was PG. 

Another Spring fan. And Endless felt like it should have been good. but two watches and it still never clicked for me.

I wanted to watch a horror movie, and Spring wasn’t one.

I liked both Spring and The Endless to different degrees. I'm totally in 

The Endless is the one film I liked from them. You’ve made me more optimistic that wasn’t a fluke.
