I think people continue to do it because 90% of the time the person you are sending pictures to or making a tape with isn’t an asshole who abuses your trust and releases it publicly. What do you mean you don’t know why people still make sex tapes? She just had sex and someone recorded it without her knowledge or consent in order to threaten her with it.
In this case, she says she was recorded without her permission and is now being blackmailed with the tape.
