Loved that. It was like Ted finally said what everyone thinks every single time.

Favorite moment of the episode: Pete's line to Clara: "Your employment here is tied to ME." His voice got SOOOO delightfully evil on the "me." I heart/hate you, Pete.

Pete's at an all-time low, but I've always thought there was potential for growth in there. Trudy was the best thing he had going for him. Now he's screwed.

Don's idea was WAY better. I was surprised Ted didn't acknowledge it. That was what made me suspect he would steal the idea. (That, and his earlier speech to Peggy: These people aren't your friends; they're your competition.)
