The good news is that while I’m somewhat underpaid at my job, I’m both well paid and prudent enough with money to actually do stuff with my daughter. My problem is explaining what I do as a single dad. Yeah...LOL

I keep it real with mines. My 6 year-old knows if/when she asks for something and I tell her it’s getting to close to the end of the month, what that means in terms of family finances.
