Came here to basically say what you said. And the title of this article is so ridiculous too. When did the Academy say or imply that banning Will Smith “solved all the world’s problems?” Should none of us take any action at all in this world ever unless it “solves all the world’s problems?”
I see nothing wrong with this.
Never even heard of this.
This is sexist and insulting to women. Why would you compare either of these two to girls?
That seems accurate.
Thank you for the explanation!
I don't understand the Elon Musk thing...
Agreed, this is the most unhinged, over the top take on this. It's likely that Gisele can work anytime she wants. Rich people have nannies and probably aren't anywhere near as involved in their children's lives as non-wealthy parents.

I feel like the author could have found much better examples of people banned for actual unfair reasons but... these weren't it. What a ridiculous…
I just wrote something similar in a different comment! There's no way she is well.
While I agree with the conservatorship ending, and it’s obvious that her father is toxic and shouldn’t be allowed to control her life, I also wish Britney would cool her jets and stop publicly feuding with her sister and just get the help she needs. Just because the conservatorship was awful doesn’t mean Britney isn’t…
How on earth is Tori Amos (with an s) a pop star?
She doesn't have to give all her wealth to one group...
The most recent season of This is Us had people wearing masks and referencing the pandemic often. They also use the annoying term “pods” and stuff. The entire thing feels preachy and annoying. But that show is only good for a hate watch, anyway.
Jess wasn’t “living on a bench” in New York. He sat on a bench but he didn’t live on it.
