"E: Tom Cruise is going to play Pablo Escobar? C'mon, the guy's not even Hispanic.
Ari Gold: Yeah, and Hilary Swank has a vagina, but she won an Oscar pretending she has a d*ck. That’s what actors do. They pretend. …"
Apatow is the man behind the curtain for a lot of comedies… Anchorman, 40 Year old Virgin, Super Bad, Knocked up, step brothers, freaks and geeks, cable guy, pineapple express…. I think you get the feel for his style.
In today's entertainment mediums (music, movies, video games, etc) it is sad that if something isn't a "smash hit" with millions of views or listens it is deemed a failure. Network TV is the biggest culprit of this thinking. Either it pleases the masses and pulls max ad revenue or it is cancelled.
I think in general, even if its just innocent facebook usage all the way to sexting, people create lives inside of their phones and computers and when you have a partner its tough sometimes because people feel excluded and create crazy scenarios of what is happening inside this password protected box. Yeah I wasn't positive.
The first time I heard "do I wanna know" I thought for friggin sure that it was a new black keys song. It's a great album but not the greatest arctic monkeys album, I will agree. I think Josh Homme produced the album as a lot of reviewers Pointed out at the time, which they possibly credited for the tonality and bpm…

"I want more" is such a great reflection and commentary on our society. I have loved the hives for a long time and while I tend to lean towards fast paced punk, lex hives has some great new style material from them.
They have a few tour documentaries from '99 and 2001-ish and there is so much good footage of Tom being an absolute juvenile idiot and in one of the bits he says "that video right there is what will keep me from becoming president one day"…. at the time he was obviously joking but as time has gone by and he has gotten…
