I love the “thank you for supporting Dark Souls III” at the end.

It’s like ED-209 saying “thank you for your compliance” after it’s riddled you with machine gun bullets.

Perhaps I haven’t searched hard enough, but I don’t think anyone is saying they deserved to die because they ran from cops. They died because they made a mistake. You can’t blame the officers for not risking their lives to save theirs. Police have an obligation to do whatever they can within reasonable limits, but

I’d be more interested in whether this is a long term increase or just a boost because of short term controversy. Looking at the second graph it appears to have dropped back down to what it was before the announcement.

This just in: the result of the matches are decided around a table.

The only people upset for the most part are Americas that love to complain about everything (and have little to know understanding of how movie studios work) America is just a bunch of whiners.

No they really do not care. They shrug it of and that is it. People are outraged by it are not even Japanese. They are mostly either black or white which is ridiculous in itself.

Corporate entity sees some site as potential profit and buys it up.
Site doesn’t turn as much revenue around as they had projected and/or can’t be turned into some different ‘better’ medium that works better for the bottom line.

They wanted 600 mil? Were those based on sales figures or did they just decide “we want that much now gimme"

the hardware requirements for such a game would be insane to be able to simulate all of that and still be able to play at a decent frame rate. especially if you added in realistic physics.

Americans should realize how good they have it compared to most of these middle eastern countries. We’re too busy whining about Tracer’s sexual butt.

This is about fans willingly playing on a private server because they prefer the old game over the new one. Are you going to claim that fans are wrong about what they find enjoyable?

How is this about you?

It has everything to do with the Activision relationship.

Blizzard really lost their edge in recent years. They still have nice stuff, don’t get me wrong, but ... this ...

Just waiting for Microsoft or other console-heavy developers to look at how terrible sales and community feedback is on these UWP ports and go “See? PC game development isn’t worth it, dead platform, move on.”

Microsoft looked at the PC market and said “Hey this platform that we’ve been developing the #1 operating system for for the last 25 years, looks like it has the largest install base of any gaming platform. Let’s continually release distribution services that fuck them over.”

It doesn’t even feel like a good Unreal game. They simply did not nail the Doom feel, nor the Quake/Unreal feel. It references things from those games and takes some mechanics and modernizes them in to something that feels too much removed from Doom. Those 3rdp finishers, like...what?
