I **love** Beauteque! There are a few Korean beauty boxes out now, but this one is really consistent with the nice products! Mishibox is also a nice one...and they ship out at different times in my experience so it’s nice to get them at different times of the month rather than all at once.

I’m all for finding a way to get rid of the underarm hair, but I’m not too sure how I feel about destroying the sweat glands...

That’s the thing though. I avoid the topic entirely. As I do any topic we can’t see eye to eye on.

This just upsets me to no end... I hate trophy hunters, and my father (a veterinarian, no less) is one. He actually *knows* how I feel about it and decided during my last phone call to throw in my face that his next hunt is to kill a leopard (I love cats, including large ones) and that I “just have to deal with it.”

Beat me to it! Juggie was always a favorite of mine for this very reason! I stopped reading in the late 90s because it just got so shallow and cookie-cutter.

I liked the first first episodes but I feel this show is losing steam and is random for the sake of it. Don’t get me wrong, I still love it, but I feel Steven Universe has had more solid episodes as a whole.

She’s definitely more of the “crazy aunt” sort, isn’t she?

I love this article and I love everything about it, but pleeeaaase can you warn for spoilers for those who haven’t seen “Jail Break” yet? D: It’s such an amazing surprise and I want people to experience it! ...or is three months an agreed-upon “non-spoiler” cut-off for this show? o7

I’ll answer as a girl who loathes moe. The story in the anime, at least, is of girl friends bonding and developing strong friendships that withstand sometimes overwhelming odds. All the girls have distinct personalities that—while at times can be cliche—are often surprising in their nuance.

I was going to post this exact thing!!

I will always remember him best as King Haggard from “The Last Unicorn”...

I’ve gotten away from anti-perspirants because of various reasons (and because I find blocking my sweat just makes me smell worse), and I’ve finally landed on a brand I love:

My ex got engaged months after I did and then planned his wedding the weekend before mine. Not a horror story but it’s such an asshole petty thing to do—which I know he did on purpose because he always resents my husband for “stealing me away.”

I am in a similar boat (I prefer yuri to yaoi though—never could get into it, I like my girls!) and I found that moving on to other cultures can really shake things up! Enter the Korean drama! They have their own tropes and cliches, but it takes a bit for them to get old, just like over-saturation in any culture’s

YES THANK YOU.

Nice attempt, but I just keep seeing That Hiro. :/

Yyyeah no. If I’m going to put effort into lip illusion, it’ll be with the Korean-style ombre lip.

It’s painfully slow at times, but Maria-sama ga Miteru (Maria Watches Over Us) is on Hulu and definitely fits that role! It’s considered by many the descendant of “Oniisama E,” much like “Utena” is the descendant of “The Rose of Versailles.”

Oh definitely! It originally ran in the girl’s manga-zine “Margaret.” The animation came quite some years later.
