As someone who's walked on this track several times, it's amazing to see how the track has changed over the years.

I'm surprised that FileZilla is never mentioned. I replaced Transmit with this for several reasons:

This doesn't work on my iPhone4 and AppleTV2. The AppleTV2 doesn't even see my iPhone, but will see my iTunes everywhere else (laptop).

@jbaranski: There was some controversy on many blogs where many viewers (myself included) felt that Jay should have won Hell's Kitchen instead of Holly. Jay's crew had only one problem vs. the multiple issues that Holly's team experienced.
