Thanks! That makes sense.

While I sometimes disagree with your posts, I kind of concur. A lot, with this one.

The fact that the showrunners think Needle is about revenge, and Arya's current storyline has been getting beaten with a stick by the Waif ad nauseum for four? Five episode now - Yeah, I'm not gonna think that there's a ton of nuance and depth there.

And to be fair, when you think about history, it sounds like there was certainly a time when Lucifer would have had more sway, and when men would have been more wary and knowledgable about supernatural creatures, thus leaving Dracula to being the weaker of the two, at that time.

Wow, this episode was just - yeah. What both Rory Kinnear and Eva Green are able to do with their bodies, voices - and the writing itself was just beautiful. Tour-De-Fucking-Force.

I think the scene in the books serves to show how fucked up and mutually abusive and toxic that relationship is. That consent is blurred is kind of a big deal.

Margaery really acts as a cipher in the books, obviously playing up the idealized, fetishized display femininity her role as a noblewoman andqueen demands of her. I think it's ma interesting comment on roles we play, bit it doesn't lend much to am active character, no.

Wow. So misogyny, much man-rage.

Before we get too deep in the, "Yay Dragon Queen!" Moment, let us reiterate this is the third time that might has made right for Danaerys and the white women gets a sea of brown people bowing to her.

Well, the play felt like such a diversion that it really was something that made me sit up.

Maybe Im just a heartless bitchwho can't appreciate epic quality TV, but despite the "big moments" this season so far, I just…can't. can't summon enthusiasm, can't help but feel that the show, after the horrendous season five and this current run - is just "blah."

Uh, are you talking about the show, with the " substitute random deaths and introducing a ton of new characters and settings for any kind of coherent story resolution" bits?

In cutting her watching and essentially cheating the Faceless Men….meh.

Well, I mean technically it looked like she was one of his brides, and was definitely on the upper end of vampire hierarchy.

I want this to be canon.

I noticed tonight we actually don't see him with the "Dracula" voice, so I wonder If some shale shifting is going on.

The point is that they go out of their way to have six new characters: Tyene, Nymeria, Obara, Trystane, Doran, Areo Hotah, expanded on FauxEllaria and recast Myrcella for the sake of more lines.

I will not pressure you about your love life and shipping, my lady!

But Ramsay has twenty good men!
