An impartial jury is a Constitutional mandate. We don’t really want to weaken that and end up with a return to the era when prosecutors could simply exercise their peremptory challenges during jury voire dire in a criminal case against a black person to remove everyone from the jury pool who was black.

The whole point of a fucking trial by jury is that you are judged by your peers. That means the people where the crime happened.
