There’s mounting evidence that Asian-Americans (a very diverse group with varying levels of educational attainment) are being punished for their disproportionate educational success comparative to their population ratio.

The Asian student ratios are truly an issue that pro-affirmative action people need to account for. I’m pro-AC, but I’m very troubled by what are in practice quotas against Asians, just like we used to have them against Jews. Tough to square the circle on this one.
