Halo couch coop on legendary with friends was one of my favorite parts of growing up

Lol there are people out there claiming only no-ash runs are real? I mean I guess there’s always all kinds but that’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard in a while. I happen to also have friends, and playing co-op is actually fun too. But who plays games for fun?

It is very annoying how much PvP drives changes. Of course, From will make pointless changes to PvE too. For example when they have nerfed summons. Summons aren’t even a factor in PvP, but I guess From can’t have people having too much fun.

Yeah the amount of gatekeeping and opinions on the “wrong way” to play this game really gets on my nerves. Apperently if you use co-op or ashes you aren’t really playing the game and need to “get gud”.  To me that is like someone saying “You aren’t good at Mario unless you beat it without jumping”.  It’s a game…

Sure hope it isn’t yet another thing to get nerfed for the sake of multi-player, given I’m single-player only.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a diehard fan of the non-pvp aspects of the FromSoft games, but their pvp (and the subsequent community surrounding it) has been literal garbage fires since Demon’s Souls came out on PS3.

finally whips are good? as someone who has been trying to use them through dark souls history, hey, i like castlevania, and they usually aren’t great, so glad to hear they finally work (also used the threaded cane in bb, and that was a much better experience.)

The fun part is most invaders hating on that katana will also explain to you why their dual blood build or other broken status low level scarlet rot build they use to two shot you when you just try to clear limgrave is part of the game. And you're an ass to hate pvp™

The FromSoft community is filled with tryhards and gatekeepers. I’ve been invaded by twinked out characters with rivers of blood (a relatively end-game weapon) at level 40 before I had even beaten the first major legacy dungeon boss.

FromSoft encourages and nourishes the most toxic people in gaming, and they love them…

I used the Moonvail sword, good for Int Scaling for sure but it is completely outclassed by River of blood Sword. Also, I didn’t realize how overpowered most of these Dex weapons are, the whips are super super OP and that’s what I’m speccing in right now with my new character.

Invaded at RL1 by the Church of Elleh and managed to intercept a Moonveil being dropped for a new player!

I liked the pilot quite a bit, the action is bit floaty at times, and some of the CG is questionable to say the least, Chief’s AR sliding across the ground before he grabbed the turret was pretty bad looking and had no reason to be CG, but overall I like it. The violence is a big positive for me, it really comes off…

Yeah 24 hour endurance races exist in real life. Typically you race these with a team of drivers. I’m sure the rewards just vary from race to race. 24 hours of Le Mans, Daytona and Spa are probably the three most prestigious.
