Dave Barry’s theory was that American car companies decided that they would get people to go back to buying big old American aircraft carriers by making the shittiest small cars possible.

Even a relatively light object can be pretty fucking deadly at high speeds.

Mine is huge. I’ll chip a game out of it, then replay, like, Fable for the 3rd time or something instead of going to the next one. Plus, I keep getting good games for either free or absurdly cheap, so there are a lot of 5 year old games I need to get to.

That’s good, because Max Payne 3 has good gameplay and unintentionally hilarious dialogue I’ve ever heard.

What are the odds that they made the shutdown announcement specifically to get a sales spike out of PS3 and PSVita content

Generally I prefer revivals that are at least the same class and have similar relative performance. The NSX is about as distant from the original as I’m willing to tolerate, anything farther than that feels wrong.

Porsche headlights don’t look very good.

Also worth noting that higher gas taxes would incentivize using more freight trains for transport, which would also give us a concrete reason to stop having such a shitty rail system.

Had an 07 Civic Hybrid that went from around 45 mpg regularly to around 32 mpg regularly by around 200,000 miles

Sorry, meant $400 million, not billion, thought that was what I had originally typed. You know you could have easily found this yourself with less than 30 seconds of google, right?

lmfao we’ll have to wait until the next few months for official numbers, but if you don’t think that this is going to cost Egypt more than a billion dollars, you’re a fucking idiot. This is like going ShOw Ur WuRk when people point out that the BP oil spill is going to cost a shitload of money not directly reflected

No shit 100% of the transit cost didn’t fall 100% on Egypt. It cost world corporations, who already soft-collude with each other, $400 billion per hour. It cost them their percentage of that, plus all the percentages of the business they lost by people who didn’t take Suez Canal while it was blocked, plus a percentage

Or arresting humans for wantonly doing a shitload of damage to the economy and holding goods as collateral until that damage is reimbursed.

I swear you dipshits would defend the worst mass murderer in the world if they put “LLC” at the end of their name.

Because the Military Industrial Complex wouldn’t profit from that.

lmao are you serious? The canal blockage cost $400 million per hour. Transit costs and the costs to free the ship aren’t the only thing they lost here. You really think all of that will not do, taking into account future lost business, at least $1 billion worth of damages? They’re being nice.

lmfao yeah, how dare the company that fucked everything up be held accountable for their actions.

Fucking pathetic.

One of the things I appreciated about Ghost of Tsushima was that I could platinum it without getting literally every collectible, because some random ridiculous collectible trophy usually turns me off even attempting it.

That is one of the ugliest side views I have ever seen lol
