I think that he’s more of a humanity-phobe. He absolutely hates humanity unless they’re either hot chicks or doing his bidding. His narcissism is actually only a defense mechanism against his own internal self-loathing and he hates humanity because he always feels that we are judging him (just like Daddy did).
