I actually came across these transactions this morning when I was passing through the back alley behind a shopping center - Burner phones & medical grade face masks. CASES of the face masks & a lot of cash changing hands.

I have no idea either, but I have to imagine that a landlord’s policy would cover an awful lot of mishaps since you don't actually have any control over the actions of your tenants. Any smart landlord will also REQUIRE their tenants to carry renters insurance. I accidentally burned down a barn on my landlords property…

Regardless of his investment in the property, I'm sure that he's got homeowners insurance, as well as a policy which covers it as a rental property, plus the insurance of the property management company who does the administration.

Well then the kids didn’t actually support him did they? I was once registered as an independent many years ago, but I switched my registration to Democratic when a primary came up that really mattered to me.

I believe almost all women, almost all of the time, but I’ve witnessed a number of completely deceitful & manipulative women over the course of my lifetime, so there’s no way that I can believe all women all of the time.
