Jesus Christ, I can't even… everything is coming up Fredo.

One of the most hilarious ironies of this whole shitshow is how Trump apologists are whining about "Political Witch Hunts" and the accusations being "Nothingburgers" without realizing how much they sound like Democrats having to deal with the past 25 years of the Right Wing outrage machine and various scurrilous

I think Oliver already has an apt, if unimaginative, name: Stupid Watergate. Nothing fits it plainer or simpler.

It reminds me of what I wanna say happened on Mercury 1. To step into those space capsules/shuttles took an absurd amount of courage. Makes the callous and indifferent engineering all the more galling.

Killed that poor teacher too. Lady thought she was being honored, instead she was climbing into a death trap.

That Stanley Kubrick was full of shit!

They would definitely be the villains in the Moonraker remake!!

"Mr. President, I'm not saying we wouldn't get our hair mussed, but I do say no more than 10 to 20 million killed, tops! Uh, depending on the breaks."

I hope that doesn't happen, because it would indeed be very annoying. Personally, apart from Franklin, neither of the other two "main" characters were given much to go on other than the basics. Still, even if the other two storylines get screwed up, as long as Franklin stays on this path I'll be intrigued.

I'm a bit confused, are you referring to Amelia Earhart? Bobo the monkey? Michael Scott? George W. Bush? Trump? Ding the bell when I get it!!???!!??!???

Damn, having the lesser McCown brother as your QB is rough. That you have Woody Johnson as your owner is probably not an encouraging thought.

What did Teddy do to you, piss in your wheaties? I kid, but I do hope they go a little more towards filling out those characters, but the season is young, and the possibilities many.

The soundtrack was pretty killer, and even if the story ends up sprawling, I say let it sprawl. It feels like Franklin is going to be the center, so I'm willing to let the other story lines meander.

It would suck to have your defining feature be your receding hairline. Not as bad as dying in Japanese prison camp, but still.

I always try to make time to catch Michigan on Saturdays, whereas I'll dvr the Lions, and maybe watch them if they win. Still, I enjoyed the little community B&T provides.

Bart, I posed this question to Pops Freshenmeyer, but I figure I will pose it to you as well: Do you have any idea what will become of the B&T commenting board? Where will I share my angst over the Lions continued incompetence? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Pops, what with the impending kinjapocalypse, what will become of the Block & Tackle comment board? Will I still get my weekly fix of Jets superthreads, among many other delights of B&T? Satiate my curiosity if possible.

When I was younger, the beef I always had with Collateral was the ending and the fact that Max, a goddamned cab driver, killed Vincent with a literal shot in the dark. Granted, the reverse would have been dark as shit, but it would have interesting. Still, the older I got the more I came to like the ending as is.

It may have been short on gunplay, but my favorite scene was in the Jazz club. Just the way everything is going along and all of a sudden it flips to deadly serious.

I remember watching a feature saying that his costume, hair, and movements were supposed to put you in mind of a shark, a killing machine hunting his prey.
