Overboost is making a power, what are you talking about? its actualy awesome feature while maintianing reliability, focus, wrx, jag...even porsches have it. Sometimes you want to be quicker overtaking, or just quick from the lights and this is what its for...

Its because of the invidia Q300 single thats on it and likely CAT delete pipe, ‘youtube s2000 with invidia’ they all sound the same... mine sounds similar but less raspy with Q300 dual... anyway for the money its a decent exhaust, much lighter and fits well...
