“We’re going to see the Sick Outs and Non-response To Calls that I think the NYPD(?) threatened around the time of Ferguson.

After the officers were punished for Garners death in NY, the PBA called for an official slowdown in work to show solidarity for the “punished” officer. The city showed a measurable drop in arrests in tickets, citations, and arrests in the weeks that followed. The exception being activities that actually endangered

Nah, the NYPD did that when people were trying to hold them accountable for murdering Eric Garner. Ironically enough, crime in the city went DOWN while all the cops threw their temper tantrum.

Naw, this is Phase 1A after the hissy fit the unions threw about being called thugs was roundly laughed at. We’re going to see the Sick Outs and Non-response To Calls that I think the NYPD(?) threatened around the time of Ferguson. The union has to do something to get white America back on its team!

Get in a Prius Taxi with dead struts going from LaGuardia to Mid-town being driven by a guy that has one pedal on the floor at all times and alternates between them. I figure the ride feels about the same.

income inequality is a feature not a bug.

Weird, the way those gantries are constructed I always assumed they just bolted them together onsite, erector-set style. It never occurred to me that the whole truss would have to be driven there in pre-assembled form, that’s nuts.

Normally youd be right, but remember most confederate statues were erected between 1900 and the 60s in the south. In fact one was erected near a highway in the late 90s.

Adjusted for inflation, cars about the same price they used to be.

Rreplace Museum with Trash Can and you got my star.

There Is No Place For Confederate Flags In NASCAR Outside Of a Museum

Its truly astonishing how much people spend. $500 a month is bananas. I spend quite a lot on rent to live alone, so my budget is a little different than most people, but I still cant see how people budget for that much a month in addition to rent. I make over 50k and it seems like picking up a $500/mo car payment is

Jesus Christ, the only thing in my budget that even kisses $569 or over a month is my goddamn rent. Unless you desperately need specific features for work, that is way too much money to spend on a negative asset.

So, what I’m getting from this is, “It’s okay, because they were following orders.”

Police have had un-Constitutional unrestricted assets confiscation for decades. This also includes assets destruction.

Hopefully Minneapolis will be paying to have these tires replaced and identifying and firing these officers.

This is always the argument they use to justify shooting every dog they see.

If police can destroy private property because it could be used as a weapon, then they can destroy pretty much anything they want. Th argument is absurd on its face. Hopefully Minneapolis will be paying to have these tires replaced and identifying and firing these officers.
