The ‘cool’ American cars are also never designed or built for RHD markets even when sold there. Mustang took 50ish years and the Camaro, Corvette, Challenger, Viper, Charger, Ford GT still haven’t managed it even when sold in RHD markets.

I love estate conversions but this one has too many weird curves for me. They should have extended the side glass to cover the c pillar (And painted to pillar underneath black) at the very least.
Believing a Lada Samara was a 6 seat car then proceeding to purchase said Lada.
Extended cuts of Lord of the rings then fill the remainder with Goodfellas and Casino
Peugeot makes a lot of beautiful concept cars that ultimately lead nowhere so I wouldn't get your hopes up. That said the 407 coupe is long overdue a replacement
Did they have any plans to sell diesel cars in the US? The only Cadillac I know of that offered a diesel engine was the BLS and I don’t think they sold them in the US.
Cadillac sold at least one diesel model, the Saab based BLS. It was part of Caddys last attempt at breaking into the European market. Just before diesel gate they were gearing up for another crack at Europe and even Ford was considering a diesel mustang for Europe.
Keep It to yourselves but Hartley is going to be replaced by Pastor Maldonado...
I saw a man at Heathrow try this and being told it was not allowed, they then seemed to give him more of a pat down than anyone else.
Nissan gave people the option and they voted with their cash. In the UK the Quashqai replaced their C and D segment hatches and sedans and was a huge success... 10 years ago. A few years back they returned to the traditional C segment with the pulsar and nobody bought them
Front storage space is massively overrated. On pretty much every car it means getting filthy hands as the leading edge of the cover gets coated in road dirt.
Seeing that dead Samara is quite cathartic. My family had one in the early 90s and I had 3 siblings and a large dog at the time. With a roof rack you can take 6 people and a dog on a 2 week holiday but that doesn't mean you should.
A bespoke platform has to be the way to go but nothing says it has to look different from the outside. Why accept design limitations of ice when you don't have to?
That and people who wanted cars like this when they were younger teaching ages where they have the money to do it.
More annoyed that another manufacturer is dropping the 3 door on a c segment hatch.
I recently discovered the galaxy was still offered for sale in the UK. Since the introduction of the s-max you rarely see newish galaxies. Dressing up the smax to look like an SUV seems like a no brainer to me.
I don't know what they retail for but I rented a maxima a couple of weeks ago with very similar credentials. It was a nice car but the handling was awful, does this Toyota do any better? The Impala I rented a week later handled much better.
I rented one last week and I really wish I could own one.
I had the generation before that panda with a dual logic semi auto box and about 70hp from the 8v 1.2 engine and loved it. I got 125 on the Speedo once.
I always forget my town is like this when I’m off during office hours but with the added bonus that the oldies like to pull out in front of you even if you are the only car on the road.
