If it is a category b write off it’s unsafe to be repaired and on top of that couldn’t legally be insured. If your car is seized for operation without insurance you can’t get it back without getting insurance.

You’ve missed a trick. Roof mounted is the best solution. Most trucks wood have space for 2 side by side so stack them 2 high and you got 4 spares.

Mr bean style padlock on each side?

I live in a small town in the north of England that is home to at least 5 R8s but since is introduction I’ve never really understood why you’d buy one. If you had the money to run one you could have something far more dramatic.

Technically Silverstone is in the Western hemisphere.

It hurt a little to see an RX7 get smashed up.

I have a soft spot for the generation before this one. It’s shape was basically an update on the mini and in Japan they sold an estate version and Mitsuoka modified them to look like mk2 Jags with the view.

10 years ago you could find these in the low teens in the UK, now they seem to have more than doubled.

Also my first thought. Was wondering if America got a different engine.

That’s is a totally normal feature in UK/EU market cars so I would bet that it does.

Are you sure the “base gasoline engine” has 163hp? The current A160 claims to have 102hp.

He has been going on about this since the election campaign and there are a couple of things that i don’t understand if he gets and is playing dumb or if he just doesn’t get it.

As a UK tv licence holder I got to see this last week and it was a good episode. I do prefer the episodes with multiple features rather than the “road trip” episodes.

I’m convinced that was always the plan. The people who run BBC tv have proved time and time again that they don’t understand the internet so the production needed an established tv presenter for the bosses to sign off on the show.

The people moving the car probably wouldn’t have insurance that would allow them to drive the car away even if they had the keys.

The more people choose slightly used over new, the less it makes sense. An increase in people buying used will drive up prices for used vehicles which in turn makes leasing and credit cheaper on New vehicles.

Is the RHD continental an aftermarket conversion or did they make some from the factory? That has to be a rare car

I don’t think there’s a demand because of RHD. Japan, Australia and New Zealand all have tight rules on imports and Britain gets it’s JDM cars from Japan.

It’s actually marketing genius. You charge a premium for the 4 over the 3 because it’s a coupe then charge a second premium to have extra doors.

Basically yes but it is iconic.
